Are there any particular lines or bits of music you want to hear out of us? Like important Apollo Monologues... Apollogues?

Are there any particular lines or bits of music you want to hear out of us? Like important Apollo Monologues... Apollogues? Just say/sing whatever. Here comes justice, ace up your sleeve, incomplete drabbles someone wrote at 3am... You could sing frozen in Apollo's voice if you really wanted to. I would not recommend that but I won't stop you

I don't plan on it, though I do remember somebody did it in Klaviers voice... and... damn... that was something.

So I sort of just threw together this little thing in half an hour. I did apollo's closing speech from the end of act 4, him yelling at trucy for shenanigans, and also recorded the like... the first half of "Here Comes Justice" with the instrumentals in the background. BTW, thanks to Diana for that opening bit with the chords of steel lady. drive.google.com/file/d/0B7jNZh2klPJPUWNNaFhqdmU1OXM/view?usp=sharingComing to think of it, probably should have waited until my voice doesn't want to tear itself out of my throat. But what can you do?

But what can you do? Ohhhh coooool! I can hear a stage presence in your voice, definitely! Out of curiosity, what's your voice range? I'm afraid that our lack of male songwriters is starting to affect the songs being created, i.e. songs that are more fit to be sung by higher voices x3

Well, I do act. I wish I could tell you my range. I mean, I know I'm a tenor if that helps. I was never much of a singer... I'll tell you as soon as I can tell you XD

This is kind of a strange critique, but it doesn't sound like you're singing. It sounds like you're talking while bending your voice up and down. You gotta have a constant stream of air. I'd practice sustained notes... like a scale where you spend 8 seconds on each note, and focus on not letting the sound change. Don't forget to use a tuner while doing this!

Aaaahhh that was really good! Your singing is great tho I do agree that Here Comes Justice is a lil rocky, but that's okay coz the song is still changing so whatever, ya know? and your voice acting is great, too! I personally have no critiques :3

So as far as my ear goes, I unintentionally pick up when two notes are less than .7 Hz apart, and when I concentrate, I can pick up notes that are less than .1 apart. For reference, the average tuner will tell you you're in tune when you're within 1 Hz of the target note. So take my comments on pitch with a grain of salt. I'm a bit stricter than your tuner.
You definitely have a good sense of intonation. There were some pitch problems, but they pretty much vanished once you got to the chorus. You went more than 20 seconds without being out of tune, and I almost cried. I get the feeling that if you listened to the song a lot more times, your intonation will improve tons. Some people can stay in tune as long as they have a background track, but other people can stay in tune as long as they know the song really well. I think you're the latter.
That Kristoph voice at the end was AWESOME, though. Your Apollo voice acting was pretty good, but your voice is a little deep for him, in my opinion (and it sounded like you were trying to bend your voice up a bit. Dunno if that's true). I could see you doing both Kristoph's and Klavier's voices, though... Depending on how well you can pick up a fake German accent. You sound like you could be a good Phoenix, too.
That's just my two cents, though.

Damn. That's crazy. In a good way. Although I imagine it's just as much a blessing as it is a curse XD (I'm pretty sure I know the specific places when I went out of tune... sorry!)
I am definitely the latter, but I'm also a huge fan of this song so I'm going to keep working on it no matter what. If it feels like I make a significant improvement I'll be sure to post my progress c:
I did go for a voice a bit higher then my speaking voice for Apollo, as it seemed like it would suit him better. And I totally threw together the Kristoph voice at the last minute sooooo... that's awesome? I'm going to have to listen to it and remember what I did. I'm fairly sure that I went for my faux-baritone voice, which I had to use for a consecutive nine shows so it should be decent XD
I'm happy to audition for any part, so I'll throw together some demos of a Kristoph, Klaiver, Nick and... I guess my regular speaking voice and singing voice.
And thank you for the advice! I'm looking to improve any way I can C:

Hey if I'm gonna boss people around all the time I better at least kind of know what I'm doing. Lemme tell you that you learn a lot about intonation when you play an instrument made of slidey tubes. There are no buttons. You play the note by sticking your arm out and slidey sliding up and down some millimeters until it sounds good
