I'm so exited, Random encounters just put up their Professor Layton musical, meaning their Ace attorney one is coming within the next few musicals. Possibly next month.

just watching the first case of duel destinys dubed, and realizing the whole Apollo wrote juniper's last name thing could have been disproven a lot easyer if phoenix had just pointed out that Apollo was left-handed

tbh my favorite thing about this forum is the guest people who view it like. who are they. what are they looking at. do they approve. and lastly, are they going to make an account and finally join us.

yeah if you look at his spritework he both points and holds his paper with his left hand, he even holds it with his right behind his back. He alos uses his right hand in his thinking animation, (its common for people to use their non dominant hand while touching their face thining.)
Phoenix is left handed as well, as are most other defence attorneys, prosocutors are right handed. Its so their models point twords us.

In SOJ, Apollo is CLEARLY right-handed. Unless you use a walking stick and a flashlight primarily with your non-dominant hand. As for the paper thing, I always hold papers in my non-dominant hand so I can point things out with my dominant hand. Plus, wouldn't it be incredibly difficult to write with that bulky of a bracelet around your wrist? His bracelet is on his left hand. I think he points with that hand because of his bracelet-- it empowers him.

okay i've been following this silently and the stick and flashlight thing do make a compelling argument. maybe he's ambidextrous! or maybe it's just another case of Brown Eyes Blue Eyes phoenix

okay i've been following this silently and the stick and flashlight thing do make a compelling argument. maybe he's ambidextrous! or maybe it's just another case of Brown Eyes Blue Eyes phoenix It could very well be that, after all In aj phoenix pointed with his right hand, the only time he does so I might add. its honistly very unclear in the anime there are scenes that show phoenix using his right hand more dominantly, but this isn't accurate to the game because e almost always points with his left. Also why would apollo point with a hand weighed down with a bracelet unless he isn't dominant in that hand. However if you look at his handwriting at the endo of soj, well I cant really tell, as slanting can happen to either right handed or left handed people. he could very well be ambidextros.

Along with my other evedence, this ties into the pointing thing, have you tried pointing like that with your non dominant hand? Also think about it, In the second game Phoenix clearly states that pinting out contradictions gives a rush of adrenilin. While this could be different from Apollo, it is still the energy of the thrill of the hunt. When you are all exited like that what hand do you use, your dominant one.

Hey, I'm just inputing my two cents. Klavier points with his right, but air guitars with his left. Then turns right around when he plays guitar's serenade and plays right handed guitar.
Also, I think Apollo is right handed although he points with his left because of the bracelet. Many right handed people where their wrist on their left because it doesn't interfere with writing like Madfox said. And because his idol Phoenix Wright points with his left hand, Apollo picked that up too. It's not an easy habit to pick up, but it happens. Like me. I started doing things with my left and do those things with my left instinctively now.

OBJECTION!Would you like to write with a 1 inch thick bracelet on your wrist? I can barely write with my mud-love bracelet on my wrist! It's not possible. What is possible is that Apollo could be pointing with his non-dominant hand. I occasionally wear heavy things around my wrist, and pointing is so much more satisfying when you build up the extra momentum. (Also. Capcom doesn't care about these things; I just like to argue. They obviously don't keep track of birthdays well.)
